If you have an online store, then you know how difficult it can be to manage your shop’s inventory, especially if you sell your products via multiple channels. To help you keep your stock figures accurate and up-to-date, I’ve chosen eight of my favorite inventory management apps for Shopify. I’ve found some great Shopify apps for managing stock, including tools to help you integrate and sync multiple marketplaces (including Amazon and Etsy), quickly remove out of stock items from your inventory, intelligently predict how many units of each product you will need to order for the following month, tell your customers when an item is back in stock, and more.
Stocky Inventory Management
This Shopify inventory management app will automatically update your store’s stock levels, and it analyzes past orders and provides you with forecasts to help you predict future sales trends. Stocky also includes analytics and reports to show you average order values and numbers, lost revenue, the total value of your stock, revenue forecasts, and more.
Inventory Planner
If you want a tool to help you determine how many units of each of your products you’ll need to order for the following month, then you need to check out Inventory Planner. This Shopify inventory management app uses your store’s historical sales data to calculate how many items you’re likely to sell in the future, so you’re less likely to have too much or too little in stock. Plus, Inventory Planner analyzes your shoppers’ patterns and offers suggestions on product promotions, pricing, and assortment.
Back in Stock
If you’re looking for an easy way to let your customers know when an out of stock item has been replenished, then you should check out Back in Stock. With this Shopify app, your customers can ask to be notified when a product has been restocked, making them more likely to purchase the item from your store. Plus, Back in Stock keeps track of the out of stock items shoppers are most interested in, helping you to determine the popularity of your products.
